Returns & Refunds Policy


LS Custom specializes in premium, handcrafted, made-to-order steering wheels.

No Cancellations, No Returns, No Refunds – Custom-Made Products

Each steering wheel is meticulously handcrafted to the exact design specifications selected by the customer. Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of our products, once an order is placed, confirmed, and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

This strict policy is in place because each item is uniquely created for you and cannot be resold or repurposed. Significant time, skilled labor, premium materials, and resources are invested from the moment production starts.

We strongly advise double-checking all specifications (design, vehicle compatibility, measurements, stitching, materials, etc.) before submitting your order.

Order Cancellation Rights (Limited Window)

You may request to cancel your order **within 24 hours** of placement, provided production has not yet started. After this 24-hour window, or once crafting begins, no cancellations are possible.

To submit a cancellation request: Send a clear email to contact@ls-custom.com including your full name, order number, and reason. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and, if eligible, process a full refund within 48 hours via your original payment method.

Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects or Our Errors Only

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect (e.g., material flaw, stitching failure) or if we have produced the wheel incorrectly according to your confirmed specifications, contact us **immediately** upon receipt (within 48 hours preferred).

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue from multiple angles
  • A detailed description of the problem

We will review your case promptly (within 24 hours) and, if the claim is validated:

  • Offer repair (if feasible)
  • Replace the defective component(s)
  • Remake the steering wheel (in exceptional cases)

Shipping costs for return of a defective item will be covered by LS Custom only if the defect or error is confirmed on our side. Otherwise, return shipping remains at the customer's expense.

Incorrect Fit, Change of Mind, or Customer Opt-Out

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for issues related to fit, compatibility with your vehicle, change of mind, or any other reason not linked to a manufacturing defect or production error on our part.

Refund Processing (When Applicable)

In the very limited cases where a refund is approved (e.g., pre-production cancellation or validated defect), we process refunds within 14 days of receiving and confirming the returned item (or cancellation request). You will receive confirmation by email.
