Orders & Customization

1. Can I fully customize my steering wheel?

Yes! You can select materials, colors, stitching, finishes, and other options available on the site. For more advanced or unique requests, contact us directly by email or phone – we are happy to discuss possibilities.

2. How long does it take to receive my custom steering wheel?

Production takes 12–17 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Once verified, shipping adds 3–7 business days within the continental United States. Total estimated time: 15–28 business days from order confirmation.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Custom orders are irreversible once confirmed and production begins, as each steering wheel is made specifically for you. Please double-check all specifications before placing your order. Limited cancellation may be possible within 24 hours if production has not started (contact us immediately).

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Contact us for availability, rates, and estimated timelines to your country.

5. What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping is offered to the continental United States (tracked and insured). International shipping rates vary – we will provide a quote upon request.

6. Can I return my steering wheel if I change my mind?

No. As all steering wheels are custom-made to your specifications, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details on rare exceptions (manufacturing defects or our errors only).

8. Do you provide installation help?

We include detailed installation instructions and guides specific to your model. We do not perform installations ourselves and recommend using a qualified professional, especially for airbag-equipped vehicles. If needed, we can suggest resources or connect you with installers.
